Hi, running latest version of El Cap on mid 2012 MBP.

I use 'Paste and Match Formatting' for all apps as a keyboard shortcut... but El Cap seems to 'forget' every time I restart my computer.

It works fine once I delete and re-enter the shortcut but this is not the optimal option.

Have also tried just doing it for Word 2016 but it still forgets.

Any help much appreciated... I'm a researcher and do a LOT of cut and pasting and this is bugging me!!

Thanks,

Matt.

I don't use 'Paste and Match Formatting', but I do use 'Paste and Match Style' as the default behavior for '⌘V' and I've never had El Cap lose or otherwise 'forget' that setting. I'm not sure if that would work for what you want it to do though.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've tried that too and it 'forgets' that as well.

To clarify, the shortcut is still there when I restart but it doesn't work.

Thanks.
