Hi, I had El Capitan beta version installed and I just upgraded to the stable release of El Capitan(by following a link provided in a blog post) and booted my computer after the installation.

I'm seeing an "OS X El Capitan Update Public Beta 10.11.1" in the App Store.

The version and the build I have is 10.11 (15A284). Can someone please confirm that this is the build number of the stable release version?

Opt out of beta updates by going to System Preferences > App Store, if you don't wish to see them.

15A284 is the current release version.

Thanks for the reply. But I don't see any settings to opt out of beta testing. Although I see "Install OS X updates" option. Is this what you meant? This sounds like its disabling all OS X updates?

Edit:

I just saw the correct setting for opting-out. Sorry.
