Right now with 4GB installed this Mac Mini from mid-2009 runs pretty well. Not great, but not bad. Friend gave me 2 sticks of hmt451s6bfr8a-pb Hynix 4GB DDR3 1600mhz 204-pin RAM and I was considering just maybe it`ll work on my old Mac Mini w/ understanding that it`ll not work at max, but even then I`d think it should be compatible enough and still be a good boost for this older computer. Though I could be wrong. I was fixing to try it out and see for myself, but was hoping someone might already know and tell me before I went through the work of taking it apart. Anybody know if this RAM would be compatible, please?

Guess I'll be trying this out when I have some time.
Btw, is there a page I can download slightly older Mac ISO's? Case in point, I wouldn't mind burning a copy of El Capitan in case I need to reinstall. Nothing I really need/want to salvage, just restoring the OS itself if needed.
