El Capitan Skin on Windows 7?

Unfortunately I'm stuck using Windows 7 at my office. I'm sick to death of it.

I've seen two ways of making Win7 look and feel like OSX, both of which require some overwriting of windows system files.

Has anyone tried and used (successfully) with Skinpak El Capitan OR El Capitan Transformation pack?
