Hey all,

So i have a Mac Pro 1.1 and was able to get Yosemite working perfectly.
I tried to get El Capitan on it and all went well until about 5 mins remaining in the install, the mac restarts and when its all loaded back up, it brings me back to the beginning of the El Capitan install. So i'm basically stuck on this cycle.

Is there a way I can get the mac to start back in Yosemite or something? Can I fix this?
I have no back up point saved.

Thanks in advance!

The Mac Pro 1.1 has a max OS of 10.7.5. Have you done something to allow Yosemite & El Capitan? It could be useful to know what hacks you have done.

[doublepost=1490660031][/doublepost]Yes I'm sorry for the lack of info. I did do a YouTube search on a way to get Yosemite working on older Macs. A specific technique is hard for me to remember but they all seem fairly similar.
