Looks like it's in safe mode or something. Not sure how to explain it!

Anyone know what the deal might be?

That is what a website looks like when the site's CSS file(s) does not load or has significant errors.

If all sites come up looking like that, see if there is a problem with an extension. Try turning them all off and see if the problem goes away. If it does, turn them back on 1 at time and see when it breaks.

Nice one thanks! Was the CSS. For some reason 'Disable Styles' was ticked in the Develop menu. Weird!
