Elgato Tubo.H264

Does anyone have any experience with this product. I am trying to convert my DVD library to digital format so I can store it on itunes. Currently I rip my DVDs with mactheripper then use handbrake to convert to hi-res h.264 files. This takes a long time on my macbook pro. I have a Dual G4 which I would like to use to convert the files but it takes forever. Does the turbo H.264 allow you to use VIDEO_TS folders as the source?

slu was actually polite and he spent time and link the threads that can be easily obtained yourself with the search function. Other "search police" are not that polite
