Is there any way to access the email APIs for iPhone???

Hope NSMailDelivery works only with Desktop Apps...

No. You cannot access the users emails at all in any way. You cannot compose new mail using anything apart from the mailto: URL syntax. This means you cannot send attachments. You cannot send mails via mailto: without the user seeing and confirming them (and potentially editing them).

It's a standard mailto: URL scheme as used on web pages everywhere. Use Google.
