Hello

I’m looking for recommendations of an app I can use on my iPad that will download my GMail emails to allow me to view & work with them when I’m offline and then sync / send any new mails when back online.

I use the gmail app which works fine until I don’t have any internet.

thanks

Cheers but I must be doing something wrong then, I've tried a couple of those and yes if I read an email I can then disconnect and the email is still there. But I can't find a way to get it to download say the last 90 days worth and keep them on the phone.

I'll keep playing unless anyone can point me at a definite solution.

Thanks

Here’s how, let’s say Spark, works for me with gmail. I open spark and see all my email. I get on an airplane with no signal, open spark and the same list of ema is there. I can open, read, respond, etc and it syncs when I get back to a signal. Are you saying that when you open something like Spark without a signal you can’t see the email list? Maybe you’re in some kind of online mode?

I’ve just deleted blue mail as it doesn’t do what I want, installing Spark now to try.

In Bluemail if I scroll down through my inbox and then turn of connection then I can read the emails as far as I have scrolled. What I want is to be able to read any email, regardless of if I’ve scrolled far enough previously.

will report back on Spark.

OK so spark... I think it’s downloaded all the headers as I can scroll back to 2014 with no connection, but I can’t read the emails. I can only go back a month or 2 and actually read the emails.

Also I use folders (labels in GMail speak) and email in those haven’t been donloaded.

Now I don’t need to see email as far back as 2014 but being able to set a certain period, say 6 months, is what I’m looking for.
