Email filtered by my Contacts

Does anyone know an email program that could filter my email so only people in my Contacts would go to my inbox?
Not interested in separate VIP inboxes for everyone in my Contacts.

In apple Mail you can go into Mail's Preferences and setup a rule or something along that line.

You could make a rule like below in OS X Mail. Where I picked Junk, you could pick some other folder. So people in contacts would go to Inbox and people not in contacts would go to the folder selected in this rule.
