eMail Image/Photo Question

Hello,

Let's say I receive an eMail with an embedded photo/image
in it.

Can I copy and paste the image alone to the Desktop ?
Tried, but can't figure out how to.

What (other) options do I have with this embedded image to Save, View, etc. ?
