Email Notification

Hey everyone, I have a quick questions. Under the unread email notification on the home screen, is it possible for me just to show the unread number for certain email accounts? I don't want to know how many unread work mails I have but I'd still like the account to be active if I need to check.

I would also like go be able to do this, but I don't think it's possible. I wish you could have multiple mail icons as well.
