I'm sure you guys are smart tech-people. Thanks for looking at this post :)

I am having an issue with organizing my email in iCloud for my email client between my mac and iphone.

On my mac email client, I move certain types of emails that are important in different folders, and I flag them. Though ever since iCloud came out, I synched it so when I delete and email on my mac email client, it will delete the one on my phone.

Though, when I move an important/long term/ look at later - email on my mac email client, the email on my phone client just stays there taking up space, and it doesn't disappear. (And I keep a lot of emails on my mac in folders).

If I keep the important mac emails in my folders, would I have to keep them on my phone (visible and taking up space)? Since if I delete an iPhone email, then through iCloud I'm sure it would delete an email in one of my folders.

Thanks for the help if you can provide it. You guys are great
