Does the visual voicemail arrive over the internet? I am curious because I will be taking mine to Europe and do not plan to activate it for International calling. It would be fun if I can get my voice mail.

I'm outside the USA and pulled my SIM card so I don't accidently use EDGE when I don't intend to. Without the card inserted "Visual Voicemail is currently unavailable." If I press "Call Voicemail" the "No SIM card installed" dialogue pops up.
