Email Push... plese help

Hi, i have 3 gmail accounts set up on my phone with push enabled... all has been working fine until i added a calendar sync.

When i click into:

Settings | Mail, Contacts, Calendars | Fetch New Data

The Push is enabled at the top of the screen and manually is selected on the Fetch underneath.

If i click into Advanced i see i see all the accounts as follows:

emailaddress1@gmail.com (Mail) - Fetch
emailaddress2@gmail.com (Mail) - Fetch
emailaddress3@gmail.com (Mail) - Fetch
emailaddress1@gmail.com (Calendar) - Push

If i click into any of 3 emails (Mail) above - i get 2 options: Fetch or Manual
If i click into the last email (Calendar) - i get 3 options: Push, Fetch or Manual

Can you suggest what could be wrong... is it possible to run email and calendar push at the same time,
