Email verification issues.

Hello,

I'm experiencing some annoying issues with
the App Store while trying to change the Apple ID email address.
I changed the email address to a new one, then I got an email says
to verify this changes, and now I can't access my account anymore.
Everytime I try to download an app I get this message:

I press on the OK button, then I'm proceeding to this page,
which tells me that I've already verified the email change:

Then I'm trying to download an app again and all the process repeated.
What should I do?! I'm not going to create a new account!
