After pwning my phone I lost the option to have the phone check my email automatically. Is there any way to have that option back?

Please explain how you "lost" this ability. If you used pwnage 2.0.3 then you might have the password saving bug affecting you.

My password is saved, what I mean my phone used to check my email every hour without me having to do anything. If there's unread mail it'll notify me. Now I have to manual go to my email to see if I have unread mail

Its just a setting. Go to the Settings app and look for Fetch New Data (right under WiFi). On that screen you set the phone to receive push email, pull email, or manual. Adjust to your needs---

Ya, its the 3rd setting from the top...1st is airplane mode, second is Wifi, third is fetch new data, just got into that and switch from "manual" to whatever you want
