I have an iPhone SE and an iPad Mini 4 and I've noticed recently that the stock iOS email app has been deleting my Yahoo account emails from the Trash bin automatically every couple of days.

In the mail settings I already have marked to NEVER delete emails in the trash (on both devices) but it's still a no-go.

Has anyone heard of this issue before?

What about any settings related to that on Yahoo! Mail side of things (in the settings on their website)?

Already checked. No such option exists in Yahoo Mail settings.

Yahoo deletes trash items after 30 days and I don't think it can be changed. Are you accessing the Yahoo account on any other devices/computers?

Yes. iPad, iPhone and Desktop PC. Weird thing is when I first go to the Trash folder in my iPhone - I see all of my deleted emails for a second or two before then disappearing.

I'm using iOS 10 Beta on my iPhone. I wonder if it might be a bug/glitch causing this problem. Checked online and couldn't really find any soultion. Strange.
