Alright hopefully your reading this.... here's my problem.

I found a 2nd Gen Iphone at my school. I took out the SIM card that was in the Iphone and inserted my ATT sim card from my ATT phone. I tried restoring it, in order to unlock + jailbreak it via itunes. The Iphone restored succesfully, but now all i get is a "Emergency Only Screen" followed by a Connect to Itunes logo. I did just that and iTunes asks me to register the iPhone by entering credit card / billing information. Is the Iphone bricked, is there anyway to fix/bypass this?? Please help me
Thanks in advance :)

return it. why are you taking something that isn't yours? I'm 13 and I even know not to do that. Plus some guy will probably track you down to get it back. And I am pretty sure you will not like what would happen if he finds you.

If you are familiar with MacRumors, you'd know that most here have a rather unforgiving attitude towards helping people unlock phones that don't belong to them.

At lest you're "honest" and admit it isn't yours rather than saying someone sold it to you.

The iPhone wants you to set it up with a proper ATT account.

Give up on expecting help with this.
