EMERGENCY I cloud photo help needed

Hi I need emergency help

I have 400mb out of 5GB free on I cloud most taken by pictures.

I have all my pictures back up on amazon drive since I have unlimited storage there

Here's 2 things that I need quick help


1) I'm in France so I need to keep my pictures on my iPhone storage

So how can I delete all my iCloud pictures without deleting my iPhone storage one to save I cloud space

2) how can I prevent iPhone to upload all my future pictures to iCloud to save space and keep then on my iPhone storage ?

The reasons are I need iCloud space for my iCloud email

Thanks and this is an emergency because I'm Gonna take a lot of pictures in the next 2 days
