iPad Pro Emoji pick on iPad Pro with external keyboard

Hi all

Since iOS 14 when I‘m using my Magic Keyboard case with my iPad Pro when I press the globe button to see the emoji keyboard I now get the small emoji picker window. I was expecting this but unlike the emoji keyboard prior to iOS14 it will only let you pick one emoji before it closes it would seem.

So to type multiple emoji’s like ??? I now have to press the globe button in between each emoji selection to repose the emoji picker. This is super frustrating and I wonder if it is a feature or a bug. Is anybody else experiencing the same?

The same behavior happens with my Magic Keyboard too. I just tried it in this window too by typing three emojis. When I tried to delete them, it took 3 delete taps for each one, as though it was removing a layer on one with each tap. Very strange.

It’s a bizarre behavior of iOS. Stopped happening to me on 14.0.1.
