Emoji search requires Keyboard English (US) only

I had keyboard set to English (Canada) and did not see search.
I discovered that have to only have English (US) and then search works... if have both US and Canada it does not work properly.

Works fine for me with Australian English, Norsk Bokmål and Pokékeys.
