I'm looking for a timecard app, that will allow me to keep track of my employees hours during the week and also the total for their pay. I have a small business and part-time employees and I hate being surprised at the end of every week how much I'm going to have to pay. any suggestions?

TSheets time tracker

Smileyboy - have you found your time tracking solution yet? If not, my app of choice is TSheets - might be worth a test drive :)

Hmm, great question! I can only recommend a program I've already mentioned once on this forum, which is called 'my team monitor' - it doesn't fully fit your description, but it is the only one I know. It will show you how long they worked actively and when they were idle, and also show you how much work they've done on each project as the program counts the number of keystrokes and mouse clicks made during periods of time, and provides corresponding screenshots every 5 minutes. You need to make an employer's account on myteammonitor dot com and install the software on the employees computers. It is free, so you can try it first.

SwipedOn

Hey Guys,

We have developed a Time & Attendance app that will cover all your requirements and some...

SwipedOn uses an iPad in kiosk mode, it allows...

-Employee check in/out with secure swipe codes
-Employee's can leave customised statuses (out for lunch, break, home etc...)
-Work hours are automatically consolodated and exported via .CSV for payroll (daily, weekly or monthly)

So that covers all your time tracking problems ; ) It also...

-Has rotating customised screensavers
-Allows vistors to check-in, replacing your visitor book
-As you know who is on site, in an emergency - pick up the iPad to check everybody off!

Thats pretty much it. Has a few more bells and whistles, but I think i've explained enough!

Cheers,

Hadleigh

Are there any with a two step verification? We have people at sites we would like to monitor, but would prefer a two step process so their friends cant clock them in or out.
