Hi all!
My machine is MBP 16" m1 pro, today I updated to 12.5.1 and immediately noticed a strange bug - after the system is started and I log in, the menu bar stays almost empty for about a minute - no autostart app icons and no system icons except siri and spotlight. During that minute there is also no internet connection (and the wi-fi icon is also missing like all others). After that minute is over all the apps start normally and their icons appear in the menu bar.
When booting in safe mode the problem is gone.
Any thoughts?

One way to diagnose is to take a screen shot of the existing login items.

Remove all of them.

Add 1/2 of them back. If still have problems remove 1 by one until problem goes away.
If no problem add 2nd 1/2 and delete 2nd half items one by one until problem goes away.

Unfortunately no result. Going to wait for the release Ventura and make a clean install...

I've seen the menu bar "slow to come alive" on my own MBP 14".

Solution:
Just click on the desktop (away from the menu bar).
That seems to "wake it right up" for me...

If so the next step would be to look at extensions and other issues by running Etrecheck.
Yep, I've already done Etrecheck scanning but there is so much different info in the report, what exactly should I look for?
