Enable Bluetooth Dial up For iPad?

how come the ipad can't dial bluetooth dial up like our macbook pros? its so easy to tether with macbook pro with my blackberry.. all i need to do on macbook pro is 2 clicks and i'm online using my blackberry internet..

Is there anyway that we can do that with iPad? is it the software limitation or hardware? if it is software can we get the modification through cydia?
