Enable mms on 3GS with ios 5

Can any one direct me where I can enable mms on my 3GS with iOS 5 on tmobile. I was able to send mms messages but can't receive mms. Thanks

Settings -> General -> Network, you need to turn on Data i think, maybe someone else has a better idea..

I did the set up to send and receive mms but maybe I need something els I can receive but I can send.
