iPhone Enable parallax with reduced motion?

Hey all, is there any tweak that can the parallax effect on the springboard while have reduce motion enabled under accessibility. I'm just wanting the fade animations and have the parallax effect at the same time.

Interesting question. I believe it would be achievable by using Flex 2 and tweaking some of the settings in the springboard executable. However, don't take my word for it, maybe somebody else has a more to-the-point solution.

Looks like parallax enablur might do it.
