I've disabled the built-in keyboard on my Macbook 13'' Mid-2010, using "sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBTopCase.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleUSBTCKeyboard.kext".

Now I need it back, but "sudo kextuoad /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBTopCase.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleUSBTCKeyboard.kext" doesn't work! It asks for a password as usual, and then... nothing!

Please help!

There doesn't appear to be a command "kextuoad" - did you misspell "kextload". "sudo" will ask for a password even if the command you give doesn't exist but it should give you a "command not found" message.

Sorry, it’s my mistake here, but in Terminal I spell it right).

See if it actually loaded the kext. In Terminal, type:

kextstat | grep AppleUSBTCKeyboard

People doing this say that a computer restart is required to get the keyboard working again.
