Enabling MMS

I've heard talk of an app enabling MMS on the iPhone, is this true? Also has anyone developed a program for sending files over Bluetooth.

Out with this are there any good programs for enhancing the phone capabilities of the iPhone?

If you're on AT&T swirly won't work they've blocked it.
