iPhone Enablur parallax iphone4

Hello I'm new here I guess here is the correct category:3 so

I'm trying to use parallax on iPhone 4 ios 7.0.4 . Every time I'm turning on one effect it instantly turns off and it doesn't work. I had the same problem in the last version but I made it working somehow in the last version but with the update it doesn't, again ..!! Moreover what does the fastest toggle do? Thanks in advance ( somewhere I read that I must reset all settings but I don't want to :/)

Also I figured out that if I uninstall enablur another tweak about folders ( in hidden settings too) works perfectly. But then if I reinstall it the other tweak is also faily.

The tweak I told you about allows you to use blur as well...did you even download it?

I thought u mentioned it just about the parallax effect, and cause of its name ( blur not including) I'll check it out thanxs!

No problem.

I believe you must be able to access your hidden settings in order to enable it though -- whether that be via a quick launch in the CC via CCToggles or using the tweak called hiddensettings7
