I used RipIt to rip some DVDs and have some pending encodes in HandBrake with the output set to AppleTV 2. I know the encoding process takes awhile for each movie so I make a list of about 10 encodes and let it run all day. When I come back hours later I see my iMac's display is off, the screen saver frozen and only maybe 2 encodes actually completed. I'm thinking some System Preferences are interfering with the program.

I went into System Preferences/Energy Saver preferences:
I have Computer Sleep set to Never
Display sleep set to 1 hour

I unchecked Put the hard disk to sleep when possible

Am I forgetting to do something that's causing the computer to stop encoding after a couple of encodes? Thank you very much for any help.
