As the title states I get the warning about Encrypted DNS being blocked on only my iPhone 13 Pro running 15.1.1, my iPad Pro 3rd Gen on 15.1 does not get it at all both on the same network. My network uses WPA2 AES/WPA3 has a unique SSID for each both 2.4 and 5Ghz, a very strong password, I've even forgotten the network on the iPhone and iPad to start fresh so to speak and it was fine for about a week then it came back, but just on the iPhone the iPad has no warning at all.

Anyone else noticing a difference between 15.1.1. and 15.1 and this warning? Also if I reboot the phone it goes away until the next day, iPad is fine and I never see that warning ever. Its so annoying and I'm beginning to think its a bug with 15.1.1 rather than my network. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue. Hopefully it goes away in 15.2

I have seen this error as well and couldn’t find any resolution apart from rebooting my phone. I use a VPN at all times which made me quite concerned. I am on 15.2 beta.

Thats a shame, and using a VPN i can understand your concern. I was hoping this would be sorted in 15.2. It makes no sense for one device to get the warning and the other not to and a reboot on the iPhone fixes things for a short period. I think till the lease is renewed possibly. Maybe I should have a chat with Apple and report this because both devices should be saying the same thing surely as both are using 5Ghz and the same SSID and wifi password. I have other friends with this issue, one with one iPad showing the issue and the other not both being on 15.1. So many people seem to be having this warning when you do a search for it too. When your router is up to date using the latest WPA3 standards and is set to how Apple want it to be and it still happens just to one device, its just really annoying.

I have updated my iPhone and iPad to 15.2 RC and iPad is showing the encrypted DNS error message. iPhone is currently not showing.
