My external Time Machine drive was encrypted and it use to prompt me for a password prior to being accessible. All of a sudden it no longer requires a password. I checked Disk Utility and it shows as (Journaled, Encrypted). Any idea what might be going on?

Thanks.

The password has been saved in your Keychain?

I'm not sure and I'm not even sure how to check.
Open Keychain and up top enter the name of the drive and it will show up below if you have saved the password.

Here is the saved entry for my encrypted external drive called "Backup".
