Just finshed the upgrade - 10.11.1 (15B42) does not say beta anymore and have not noticed many posts.

Is this how the beat program ends? Quietly slipping away without much fane fare?

No pop up, comment or advisory to announce leaving the beta?

On the other hand it's great to be on the regular release again!

I'm still running 10.11.1 beta, how can update to the final version? I can't see it on the updates...

Back to normal track and I plan to accompany this version with iOS 9.1 so I can keep some sort of consistencies. Then, leave beta loop for quite a while.

It just showed up in app store updates. Check your software version in System Report? Perhaps you already updated? Mine Shows . . .
System Software Overview:
System Version: OS X 10.11.1 (15B42)

Nope, nothing shows up on app store updates just some update for raw support, still running on 10.11.1 beta (15B38b)

Maybe I should download the whole thing and see what happens?

It showed up on my Mac - after I installed the new iTunes update - probably not related - but can't hurt to do the iTunes first?

The El Capitan upgrade was not large - about a gig download for app store version.

Edit - I just checked that link - it says 1.1 gig - so it is an upgrade - probably the exact same update.
