Energy Saver and Keyboard Preferences

Hi,
I don't quite understand why I see an option in the keyboard settings "Turn off when computer is not used for:". I already have this option in the "Energy Saver" settings.
I had never noticed this before macOS Sierra, but maybe El Capitan had it too?

What is the difference between these settings? Currently I see the keyboard setting set to "Never".
