Energy Saver Panel Won't Open

Hey guys,

Last night, I updated my Powerbook, which was running OS 10.2.8 to OS 10.4.5
And now, my Energy Saver panel just won't open. It says "loading" but it just doesn't open. Quite mysterious, huh? Does anyone have ANY ideas on how to remedy this problem?

Some I times have problems opening preference windows as well.
Try turning off all network activate and airport. I'v noticed that some times helps..

Just tried it - still nothing. Isn't this odd since I just instaleld 10.4.5?
