Energy Saver Settings

I'm curious to find out what you guys set your battery settings to under Energy Saver.

When do you....
Put the computer to sleep when it is inactive for???
Put the display to sleep when the computer is inactive for????

Do you put the hard disk to sleep when possible?

I usually leave it at the default. It's definitely a good idea to let these components sleep as they're rated for a specific uptime. Unnecessarily increasing this uptime will merely shorten your laptop's life.
