Enrolled for beta but never installed, how do I get 8.4.1?

I'm currently running 8.4,enrolled my device for the beta but decided not to install beta due to workplace restrictions. I've removed the beta profile and rebooted but still shows that my pending update is for the next iOS 9 beta, not 8.4.1. Any suggestions on being able to install 8.4.1 and ditching the beta?

Check the usage in settings - did the beta download? If so, delete it, reboot, and you should be set.
