Does anyone know how to turn on Message Tracking, aka delivery notification, in Entourage? I'd be surprised if it doesn't support it, but I haven't figured out where it is...

For that matter, does anyone know if the new Mail.app in Panther will support it?

Lastly, does anyone know whether iCal will contain Exchange support? I've heard rumors both ways...
