Entourage Emails Backup?

Hey

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong selection but I'm after some help.

I want to do a clean install of OSX but i need to back up all my emails on MS Entourage including sub folders as i have very important emails i cant loose, but i am unsure how to do this.

Could anyone provide me with a step by step guide on how to do this. I would be extremely grateful

On another note.. as anyone tries to leak Beta2 of MS Office 2010 for mac? If so whats it like and is it worth downloading?

I think one way of making a backup is simply dragging all your Entourage mail folders onto your desktop/HD...

thanks ill give that ago I'm guess when you want to add the emails back, you drag them back in to entourage?
