I updated to 10.8.3 and my 7800 caused my Mac Pro to shut down every time I tried to print. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled but it still didn't work. I downloaded a new driver from the Epson site, installed it but still it shut down. My 3880 still works fine. Can someone help?

I had an issue with my Epson printer drivers I installed from their site. I downloaded the drivers from the apple site and it worked fine. Might be worth a try.
10.8.3 and epson
I had this problem with crashes, as well. I could also not connect using USB. After multiple attempts at reinstalls, I reverted to 10.8.2. This solved ALL problems. It is obviously a problem with the 10.8.3 upgrade and must be remedied.
