I need to buy a new All-in-One printer my preference being Epson, I have a new Macbook OS X laptop,I also a PC with Wireless Broadband, my laptop picks up and runs wireless very successfully , I would like to buy a printer which will run also on wireless if this is possible. Any recommendations or experiences.

I have a Photo RX425 which is fine, but I wouldn't count on it for profesional standard photo prints, and I think if you get Airport Express you can connect it to the printer and print wirelessly. The printer will be by the base station, but as long as you are in range of the Airport station, you can print.
Cartridges are pricey, but you can get non-branded ones quite cheaply.
