iPhone Equalizer Everywhere downloading problem

I purchased EqualizerEverywhere and when I get to settings receive this message, "There was an error loading the preference bundle for EqualizerEverywhere."

It doesn't matter if I load it on my iPad Air; iPhone5C or the iPhone5S… same message causing this tweak to simply not work.

Help?

try deleting the preference file in var/mobile/Library/Preferences

originally, I was going to say that it might be that the tweak doesn't support 64 bit devices but since the 5C is a 32 bit device, then it must have to do with a corrupt preference file

if that doesn't work, try emailing the developer
