I own a new mbp and there is a java window I need to view. It is smaller than a regular safari window so I stretch out the corner and then expand pinch on the trackpad to increase the text and boxes. Here's my question, my family just purchased an iMac and I was wondering what the corresponding function to 'expand pinch' for the iMac like I do on the MBP? Thanks. * I'm not talking about the CMD + Zoom feature either.

Edit: The MBP trackpads are multi-touch which allows you to increase the size of webpages, pictures, text with a single 'reverse' pinch movement on the track pad. The motion is with your thumb and index finger expanding outward. This expanding function is convenient on the MBP, and since the iMac obviously doesn't have a trackpad... what is the method to execute the same function on an iMac? Thanks.

So instead of helping me with an answer you criticize for a double post? lol Thanks!

I just gave you a piece of advice. It wasn't meant to be critic, sorry if you took it so. Sorry I don't know the answer, because I don't really get your meaning. Can you post a picture?

Oh, now I got it. Command and + makes it bigger, I think

It does seem to make the text bigger but there is no change to the pictures or boxes. I just tried it again on my MBP and the expanding gesture on the trackpad increased the size of the text, pictures and boxes all at the same time. Anything else I could try?

Go to the contents (or whatever it's in English) in Safari in top bar and make sure that "Zoom only text" is unchecked. It made my pictures and boxes bigger
