I am pretty anal about my play count on iTunes and decided that it's become all for naught with my obsession for leaving music on all hours of the day. I've heard people talking about erasing playcounts and starting anew but I cannot figure it out myself.

So... what does a girl have to do to erase her play count?

In order to reset the play count for a single song, control-click (or right-click if you have a two button mouse) on the song in iTunes, and select "reset play count." I assume that by selecting your entire library (Command-A) and then doing the same thing, you can reset the play count for your entire library. I'm not willing to try it myself to test it though. :D Hope that helps!
