Hi Guys. I'm trying to do a raid using 2 3T HD's.
But one of these can't be used. So I tried reformat, but now the erase tab is missing. How can I solve this?

Well the partition tab is there so use that to create a new single partition layout which will give you the option to put a file system on it at the same time.

It is because the Trabalho volume is not a physical disk it is a logical volume group. Run the command below in Terminal and post up the output and we can help you sort things out.
