After the last update to iOS 14, my iPhone doesn’t recognise my password. I tried with support, sent my info to validate that I’m the original owner and I’m still on the waiting list to revive my password. It’s been two months today and they can’t give me a solution.
So, I thought I could erase my phone from find my iPhone.
If I do that, when I turn my iPhone on again, would I be able to create another account?
 
Are you saying the numeric code to unlock the phone or the iCloud activation lock?
None of that. The only thing I can’t use is my password to access my iCloud email or download apps on App Store (which is weird, because I always used Face ID).
