So i got my dads old ipod classic, not the new gen. He has got alot of music and movies on it, that i dont want to erase. But i also want the music thats on my computer, and the movies i have. Using his computer is not an aption, since he has switched it and got a new one. Is there any way to put on new files but not erasing the old ones since i will be doing this at my computer?

Use a program like Senuti (http://www.fadingred.org/senuti/) to copy the files from the ipod to your itunes library, and then you can sync it all back.
