Error -5000

When my iphone 4 trys backing up before the ios 5 upgrade I get an error message -5000...

"An error occurred while backing up this iPhone (-5000). Would you like to continue to update this iPhone?"

Any suggestions?

I know many are getting the error 3200 but I haven't seen a lot of the 5000.
