error sending sms firmware 2.2

Hello, just to know if someone else experienced this problem with the 2.2 firmware version.
It is a 8GB iphone officially released by Movistar (Spain) (3 months ago) and I tried all the possible tricks, changing sim, deleting all messages, .. but the problem is still there.. any help is welcome

y que error tienes? error de envio ? te sale algun mensaje? no llega bien? te cobran demasiado?

error enviando el mensaje
error sending sms
aparece la barra de envio y se bloquea enviando
It appears the sending message bar and it get blocked and nothing else..

y que error tienes? error de envio ? te sale algun mensaje? no llega bien? te cobran demasiado?

The problem still persists:
- the iphone is an orginal movistar (spain) iphone all the possible configurations and settings have been kindly verified with the company that suggest to ship it back to repair it... !!!
Again if someone else experience this problem please answare.. the firmaware version is the 2.2
